Hi...I'm about 200 yards from Buoy 3....and apparently switching their switchable exhaust from below to above the waterline is very doable for boaters who want to send a message.....or express their opinion.....or something. One does not need e s p to get the message
? It sounds a lot like the jake brakes on a big truck except boats do not have any brakes.
