My brother Warren Taylor, Birch Island, owned a Johnson Laker, circa 1906 "ESSEX" that originally had a McDuff engine. I think the engine became a door stop at Fay's and was in use as that for many years. The 'ESSEX" is still alive and on Lake Sunset or Suncook (I think)down off of Rte 28.

PS I agree Jeff is a great guy who happens to have great mechanical skills as well.
