So very sorry to hear this...have been talking this place up to people for years. Simply the best (no Lakes Region qualification needed..the best, end of story). I hope the new owner keeps things the same. Talk about toppings...you could never see the cheese. Covered. Normally, I am a three to four slice guy...but no way to eat more than two of their slices. And consistent...as their were no employees. It was just him and his wife. Same every time.
Ruins my day to find out. Every year, when we open camp second weekend in May, after a long day of "opening day work", I head down to Louis to grab a pizza. For 6 years, it has been our first meal of the season. I always look forward to seeing her smiling face, as I walked in, and the screen door clacked behind me. Oh well....
