One of the negatives of this would be the price's. If you look at what organic items cost in a grocery store you can only imagine what items would wind up costing the customer in an organic restaurant.
I agree that we should all eat healthier but Samiam said it very well. Who wants to go to a restaurant whether it is eat in or take out and pay hard earned money for toffu and rice cakes. Not Me
Now a Really Good Chili Burrito sounds pretty darned appetizing.
