About two months ago, for just one dollar I bought it at Saint Vincent dePaul-Laconia and have not touched it yet. Maybe there's an el cheapo copy in amazon?

OP - You can review the material online and take the exam. If you pass, you need to get the proof and bring it to a testing facility to take a proctered exam. You will receive your NH Boating Cert once these requirements are fulfilled....
