We owned a place at Samoset for a few years, they have mooring and dock but are well over $200K. Mineral springs across the street are between $100 and 200K and have access to moorings. |
Thanks. We have stayed at Misty Harbor and I like the pool and beach but he units are just too small. With 2 kids we really need a 2 bedroom. I'll look at mineral springs though. I have looked at nneren and I see lots of places but it's hard to tell what they are like unless you get a first hand opinion....
