The current MOON is making people Crazy.
The lack of
SEAMANSHIP my friends.....on both sides ..is the problem here.. So the "Driver" of the big boat made a big wake. The owners of the boats rafted failed to protect themselves adiquitly......Obviously. An absence of
Seamanship.
The Captain of a Ship.....and I use the term Captain loosely here, is responsible for the safety of his vessel.....regardless of what nature or anyone else hands him.
