Just something to keep in mind, "busy" in a restaurant is often a relative term in relation to the staff they have on hand. If a key kitchen person has called in sick, or recently quit, or some other thing is going on, then "busy" can happen with not many orders.

I wasn't there, and no matter what the kitchens personal issues are you are certainly within you right to expect your meals in a timely manner.
