The observation is generally probably correct and the advice reasonable, it just caught me off guard as the thread was about looking for a place to park a trailer.

Wasn't sure if I missed something like a post that was deleted or maybe I was just not tracking (its been a crazy week at work and I'm spent,,,)

Matter of fact its been so busy for the last few months I just got the cover of boat (the one that runs,,, I hope,,,)

Oooopppsss, falling off subject,,,
