The realtor did say that the winters could be tough on the mountain road and I anticipate that the winters could be kind of cold up there too.
I assume that the road is plowed regulary during the winter? Both the wife and I have 4 wheel drive...well me anyway and she will have it if we move up there.
I was surprised that there was cable run up there too. Not a lot of houses to suppport the cable runs but the cable folks might have anticipated more development than has taken place.
