I am hoping to buy a new home on Waukewan Street. I am wondering if anyone can shed some light on the land up there. Its like a bomb went off! Its alot of land abutting RT 104 which I can deal with (the house is far enough away) I am not from Meredith so anyone with some insight would be huge for me and my young family. We cant wait to get there but just looking for some pro's,con's etc from the locals. Thank you in advance!
