McDonald's is definately a team effort so it could be partially due to the local shortage of employment opportunities in Meredith and people still need to pay their bills.

Already own it and it pays a 3.6% dividend and up 12% since I purchased it. Compare that to.005% on my Savings account at Citizens and then they lend my savings out at 6-8% or more.
