Siksukr’s story about his toboggan submarining to the bottom makes me wonder if these toys might have been deemed illegal for safety reasons. Can you imagine getting tangled in the rope and going down to the bottom with it?
If anyone is considering building one of these toys, call Marine Patrol to be sure it allowed on the lake.
