Russtic says, the tree isn't perfectly straight in this view; however, no other vertical surface in the picture is either!
It doesn't help that the camera is behind a double-paned window, and a "second, mirrored, set" of christmas lights is reflected between the panes, making the tree appear to lean even more.
It's looking fine.
