This year alone, the amount of fatalities during early fishing season is astronomical. Perhaps seatbelts in these boats is the answer.

In this forum, I have learned to be careful when asking question #1. You have to specifically ask for accidents
directly caused by excessive speeds. Otherwise, they will say that the Littlefield accident was caused by excessive speed, when we all know what the real cause was.
