Hi Taz,

While I respect your opinion, the quality of the pizza was (IMHO) not as good as Papa Ginos etc... The specialty pizza with a few toppings (11") at $13 is high (IMHO). In my opinion, the pizza was doughy and bland... I was not trying to compare Heat to Canoe, but it is not the same quality as Papa Ginos and that was the intent of the low brow comment. I am not a food snob, but I know what I like and I have no affiliation to any restaurants in the area (I am in high tech). If I get a decent meal, good service and reasonable value, I will post that. If we go somewhere and it is dissappointing, I will also post that. No agendas.
