I thought that might be the problem, but I am so glad to find out for sure as I always wondered if it was that or just not enough call for it. Did you sell a lot of it when you had it? I remember one of your waitresses telling us it was not fish. Apparently some thought it was.
We found it at Heath's this spring and bought some and cooked it al home. We invited our neighbors who love it too. Those who don't, had salmon.
Mmmmm, makes my mouth water.
