Not for nothing, but she was not convicted for DUI. So no, her boating certification revocation had NOTHING to do with her blood alcohol level.

As others have stated, she probably can't speak pubicly about this, as there might be a civil lawsuit. Anything she says in public WILL be held against her. With a civil lawsuit, the burden is on you...
