My LAST time there I paid about $20 for a "special" beef sandwich. When I picked it up one finger was almost burned and the finger next to it felt a chill. Thats only possible from the microwaving...

Key point is to KNOW what you are getting. I would be hyper vigilant looking at ALL fittings on a salty boat. If I or the marine surveyor cant directly view & eval all fittings I am walking away.

I would guess it would break down to fit on a flatbed without need for special permits.

When I bought a boat slip on Winni I was also told that I needed to set up title & closing myself.
Maybe this is due somehow to a relatively lower sale price than for a home?

Salt water boat...

Hull paint for salt water is often designed to come off somewhat easily. It prevents barnacles from attaching for one reason.
