Why do you think that it is OK for the city to dictate where a vessel can park on the pier?

Telling the owner of a privately owned pier where they can (or can't) park a vessel on their property...

Every bit of the above is false. It is docked on the pier of Weirs Blvd and there are plenty of commercial use vessels on the lake. The M/S Mount Washington comes to mind.... and that is only yards...
