So I got the boat back on Saturday. They flushed...

So I got the boat back on Saturday. They flushed every hose in the system and changed the thermostat. No cracked nipple. I ran the boat at planed out at nearly WOT, and the temp never cracked 170....

Sadly, no. I have neither the trailer or the time, so I took the boat to a marina. Apparently, they don’t have the time either because they haven’t looked at it yet.

Have a 2004 Four Winns with a Volvo-Penta 5.0 GXi. It overtemps when the boat is on plane. Can run it all day plowing around at 25mph.

She may not have been completely right....

The statute says 150 ft from shore, not the 75 foot long dock. So my math says they could be within 75 feet of the dock.

Thanks to all for the great advice. However in the end, I decided to buy new. I purchased a 2014 Yamaha VX cruiser at HK Powersports-Laconia. FWIW, Joe at HK was a pleasure to deal with.

Thanks - we looked at a spark at the at the end of last season. A big drawback beyond the finish, was the lack of storage. It only had 1.6L of storage.

We spent the day in Winter Harbor skiing/wakeboarding and the trip home across the broads was crazy. I noticed that the time tag in the photos was also September a few years ago.
