Not complaining and yes i Knew it was this way buying into a second property. It is what it is and I am willing to accept this fact, just saying it almost seems unconstitution not to be able to vote...

i think you should not be able to vote to elect officials, but be able to vote on matters that pertain to your property such as taxes, programs, and what not
