The only land mass near the waterfront area on the east side of the camp is Dollar Island which is much smaller than the land seen is this photo. 🐻

Perhaps the structure is related to the Bear Island House, the hotel located up the road from the dock area. Note the luggage aboard the Mount Washington. 🐻

Bear Island Sights and Sites

Very nice view. When enlarged, the Adirondack lean-tos at the Outpost, and snow-covered Indian Head Rock are visible at the southern end of Camp Lawrence. 🐻

Boat Recovery

At 5:00, WMUR had a piece on the recovery of Hal Lyon's boat today just off the north end of Bear Island. The boat is totally destroyed. We miss Hal and Jim. 🐻
