It doesn't go out every other week for starters....

It doesn't go out every other week for starters. There have been plenty of outages on the mainland to. It happens.

The draw is something that cannot be explained, only experienced.

FYI - I got power on the north west end of Bear....

FYI - I got power on the north west end of Bear. There was evidence that the power company had taken something - tracked vehicle of some sort - down the power lines so they have been out looking...
