Can someone recommend a pest control company who you have had success with in preventing the mice from entering a condo?

Late boat registration
As of today havve not received 2023 registration. Called DMV and they said they were sending out in batches and last batch went out Dec 31.
Anyone have this happen?

HOA in their new by-laws took ownership of the hardware under our ball.
We permit the boat every year and receive a mooring sticker (tied to our boat).
They were clever in the new by-laws in doing...

Mooring sharing info
We have had our mooring for 25 years after waiting on a list for 7years.
New owners that don't want to wait on list, want to propose a sharing of our mooring which we will have to put in a marina...

Tritune recommendation
Would 400 plus hours on a 2019 tritune be a lot?
I have been looking at many used and no too savvy with engine times.
