With the Moultonborough property assessments likely to increase, here's hoping the town can agree to build a 15-million dollar community center. It needs to have a 5-million dollar indoor swimming...

Ten thousand dollars is the limit for deducting...
Ten thousand dollars is the limit for deducting your state and local taxes, i.e. property taxes, from your annual federal income tax. I always thought this would have a big effect on NH lake front...
