The Library of Congress has a huge digital archive as does the Boston Public Library and MIT.

Floating dock with cooler adrift near Cow

Early this AM what looked like a floating dock with a cooler was drifting south between Cow and Ragged. Given the wind direction it probably came from Long Island or Little Bear.

Just wonder if...

Merganser fishing expedition

Heard some splashing around this AM, went out to take a look. 35 Red Merganser ducks! Apparently found some fish as many were looking down into the water and then diving under.

I just asked the folks at Anchor Marine about ethanol.....they say that as of 2009 its law that all marinas on the lake sell the 10% mixed fuel. No more ethanol free fuel.....bummer!
