I do not believe it is inhabited. There are no houses that I can recall. It is surrounded by a lot of rocks and I seldom see any boats anchored near it.

Who says the Weirs hasn't changed? I remember the big attraction there was candlepin bowling. It's a world different than it used to be; but you can still make out the lanes under the arcade games....

Take a ride up 93 to the Basin. Hike up the trail beyond the Basin along the river. In late July early August you can swim in the river and slide down the rocks.
