No comment from the OP.

Unfortunately, the OP has not responded to Shore Thing's question. She would give the OP solid advice from the DES standpoint, which would potentially save the OP problems down the road.

What is the best advertising a business can have? Word of mouth. I trust the recommendation of a friend when looking for a service by a business.

When a business advertises and includes a list...

Lawn damage

Opposums will tear up your lawn, the same way skunks do when they are "rooting" for grubs. Be careful what you wish for.

Watermark on Union Ave in Laconia sells dock supplies.

Also across the street from Patrick's Restaurant in Gilford is a Dock place whose name escapes me.

Maybe a name change would help

Maybe change name from "The Dive" to "NIMBY" or "NIMFY" (back yard or front yard).

PS, I wouldn't want to be looking at it or listening to the noise either.

I think the two larger domes are TV receivers, like directtv, with the thinner dome in the center is rear.

I thought that's what I saw as we watched larger yachts motoring along the...

It's not the length...

SimpleTL, the length of your boat would not be the issue. You need to figure out the height of your boat from the water line to the top of the highest point on the boat, perhaps the windshield.

They have great memories

When I am late putting them out, I'll see one or more come to the area outside under window where the feeder normally hangs, and they will hover back and forth, looking for it.

Not disagreeing

My comment was directed at swnoel's comment that the winter derby kills salmon. Salmon can't be taken through the ice.

I do agree with Dan's comment.

Not the winter derby cause

The winter fishing derby is not the cause of the salmon population decline. Salmon may not be taken through the ice.

He's a good friend

He's a good friend and I get to dock my boat there, the rent is helping him put in the dock and take it out. Pretty good deal.

Yesterday I helped my good friend put in his 60 ft dock, 6 10x 3 sections. He had a semi-dry suit on and I had on a 3mil wetsuit. 4 hrs in 44 degree...
