Both Verizon and cable companies seem so arrogant. Don't they realize they are losing a lot of customers? It seems like they just don't care.

I got brave and made the big switch from Verizon to Pure Talk this summer. I have to say I don't notice a bit of difference in my service. I wonder if the services all work off available towers now...
