There is no such thing as "Commercial Airspace" but there is however "controlled airspace" where FAA Air Traffic Controllers have authority. But below 18,000 feet you can fly what is called VFR...

Any pilots in the area should be familiar with the "Yankee 1&2 MOA"

I was headed out of Meredith this afternoon doing about 33/35mph and there were several boat overtaking me a lot faster than 5-7mph more than me.
