My Grandfather was Clinton Flanders and he was section foreman from West Alton to Lakeport. I do not know the exact years, but he lived at Lake Shore Park.

The picture in question looks to me like it was taken at the Tuftonboro four corners, lookig towards Melvin Bay. Also on into Moultonboro.
