MP officers only have 2 eyes
Unfortunately the Marine Patrol Officers can't be looking constantly at everything in a 360 degree area. Even if they are in the area they may be concentrating on a different situation and not see...

Looking for directions to Cate Park
Not sure I can make it but if I can, where is Cate Park exactly?
I can't find it in MapQuest or MapBlast and I'm not familiar with the streets and roads on that side of the lake.
