FWIW, If they rebuild, it would be helpful to them if they could buy the property behind them. It's a vacant lot and would give them a lot more space but also complicate the rebuilding process.

Skiing this week
I live across the lake in Wolfeboro and we received almost 12” of snow/sleet. Gunstock may have less but should have good skiing. We have excellent conditions in Wolfeboro as we didn’t get rain,:)
