WOW! I didn't know Bert was in this month's Yankee. I'll have to get it. He lives just down the hill from us, and farms the property across the street from my house. He's a very sweet country...

SunLake Village on Winnisquam??
Does anyone know anything about this? We drove down and in there last week, the road is all set, and the house lots are numbered, but no For Sale signs or anything - what do you know?
