1/2 Marathon in Alton Bay
 

Just a word of caution: Watch for runners on Sat 5-8-04 in Alton Bay. Race will start at Alton Central School at 9 AM, go down the Letter S road (follows the Merrymeeting river) to Rte 11 heading west through the bay all the way out to the 11D junction closest to Gilford, then right on 11D back to Rte 11 then rte 11 to the Bay parking lot by the pavillion. Runners should be on the "east side" of rte 11, that is the lake shore side. Give them a break if you're in the area. :look:
