Red / Green lights on shore

I was traveling through the Governers Island channel from Weirs to the GI bridge. From far away I could see a of red / green lights. Not until I got very close did I realize these are lights on someone's boat dock.

While it is probably not dangerous, it is confusing and doesn't seem like the red/green combo should be allowed when visible from the water.

It's not allowed. Please reference this legacy thread: http://www.winnipesaukee.com/forums/...en+lights+dock

It definitely is not allowed as indicated in the post above .... and as that is a frequent pathway for MP, I am sure that sooner (rather than later) something will be said

We no longer display our lighted pink flamingo and lighted green frog on our dock on East Bear Island. 🐻 🐸
