hello all. We have been to the lake once and stayed on governors island for a week. we would like to go back for a week and get married Not on governors island though. we will be bring up 5 kids and some parents. we are looking to rent a house big enough for everyone, with a dock for a boat. I have a 21 ft hurricane deckboat. we are looking for suggestions on great sites to get married, with good pictures, and possibly a wedding planner. this will be low key, but want it done professional. any information on any of this would be greatly appreciated. we would like to plan this for august. thanks, Jim

The Mount
 

I have cousins who had their ceremony and reception on the Mt Washington. Some great pictures on the bow. It was a classy affair.

+ 1 Meredith, you just cannot go wrong. Mill Falls, Churches landing, if you do want a venue.

My wife and I were married 15 years ago in MASS, honeymooned in Bermuda. Looking back we wish we just hopped up to Meredith for a week and got married on the lake.

+ 1 for the Mount Washington. They take care of everything also, ceremony, band, food, bar, they also provide a nice view of the lake. Do “it” on the Mount.

Wolfboro Inn.....had a family wedding there this past summer.....very, very nice!

Castle In The Clouds in Moultonborough. Very beautiful up there!
