Real Estate Attorney

Can someone recommend a good Real Estate Attorney who is very familiar with the area and possibly the various condo associations on the big lake to help draft a P&S and perform the closing.

Referral

We have used several in the area...I would recommend James Morris at Orr & Reno:

James is extremely knowledgeable of the area and he has done a great job every time we have engaged him.

Doug Hill

Doug Hill of Nungesser and Hill in Meredith. 603-279-8182. Definitely an expert in RE law, especially as it relates to waterfront, water access, and anything to do with the lake(s). Good guy and very helpful.

Tim Sullivan

I would recommend Tim Sullivan in Wolfeboro. He has been doing RE law for a long time and is very familiar with issues on the lake

Jeremy Eggelton!!!!!!!!!!

You want a larger law firm to deal with complex issues. It will cost you upfront but save you long term pain.

Doug Hill in Meredith.

I am a lawyer licensed to practice in NH and FL and I hired him to represent us in the purchase of our home. Nothing but the highest praise. He has been in this area for many years and is highly respected.

We hired Doug Hill for a real estate issue and he never showed up to an important meeting. He simply forgot! It cost us dearly - financially and emotionally. I would never recommend him.

Doug Hill

Definitely Doug Hill,
He was recommended to us 30 years ago when we bought three acres on the water to build on from a very difficult seller, he is the best. We've been using him ever since, we also have recommended him many times and he never disappoints!
