97 Pleasant St-Meredith-sold!

The 'sold' sign is now setting up top of the Caldwell Banker roadside realty 'for sale' sign down at 97 Pleasant St, Meredith, NH 03253.

How long was this wf residence on the market? Probably longer than one year and it had sported a reduced sign for many months.

Any chance someone could post the relevant info; assessed Meredith town value, starting ask price, price history, sold price and property taxes? Thanks in advance!

Here's a question.....if 97 Pleasant St was purchased with a bank mortgage.....wouldn't it be very unlikely for a bank to agree to the 1.1mil purchase price, and only because it was a cash purchase is why it sold for so close to assessed value? It's just not like a bank to be loaning out 1.1 mil for a house the town has assessed for1.2mil .......just too rich a loan for a bank mortgage......me-thinks?

Cash is king!

I wouldn't read too much in to it, FLL. As discussed here many times, a home's assessed value often has little to do with its market value or appraised value for the purpose of obtaining a mortgage.
