Does anyone know of anyone local who can assist in a programmatic project

Regretfully, I just don't have the time to do it myself so I'm looking for someone to help.

Some more specifics. please

What kind of programming?
Computer programming, perhaps, as opposed to programming a VCR?
Maybe web page programming, or some online ordering / POS system?
I am a retired software engineer / developer, but from old school mainframe / IBM systems, and SAS programming skills, The request is intriguing, but as I have no JAVAS/C++/documented Web page skills am not likely too useful, depending on what is needed. I do run an extensive home network system of Linux machines, though.

PGAtour.com has a local advertising opportunity for businesses that utilize Googles programmatic advertising. I don’t know anything about it and don’t have the time to research. If you do a google search you’ll learn more. After the search please don’t hesitate to step up if you have interest in helping.
