....hula-hoop'n, 6-lb Health Hoop

 Hula-hoop'n with a 6-lb Health Hoop hula-hoop is a good way to stay in shape during the pandemic. With indoor group exercise a no-go, hoop'n outdoors is the best way to go.

Go to Amazon and do a search for 'Health Hoops Korean' to view their line up of about ten different styles and weights. For woman, maybe 4-5-lbs is better than the six-lb size.

Hoop'n strengthens the mid-section; stomach, abdominal's, and lower back. It also will make you thinner by losing some mid-section flab.

At prices like 40 to 70-dollars, these are not low priced but they are well made and durable.

From 1958 to 2021 ....... who remembers that 1958 hula hoop craze? Well, these Health Hoops are the same type of item ...... just new & improved. Just get some good, strong music going on and turn up that volume! ... .... A 15-minute work out with the background music happening is a serious mid-section work out. ...

Yes, hula-hoop'n will definitely keep you strong and healthy till you are age-109. .....

If they made an eight or a ten pound model, I would probably buy it ..... although six-lbs is plenty heavy enough, it seems? At 6'2", 207-lbs, age-69, a 6-lb Health Hoop is definitely a physical challenge for hooping longer than 15-minutes. and it definitely puts a smile .. :D .. on my face.

You maybe should give it a 40 to 70-dollar, Health Hoops-Korean, whirl?

www.youtube.com/watch?v=ytMauGZ2O-o ...... is a home made, oddball type of a hula-hoop video using what looks like a Health Hoop five-lb hula-hoop ...... hula-hula-hula- ..... 5:30-minutes ...... May 15, 2015

...... 1958: hula-hoop craze sweeps across the country .... http://www.considerable.com/entertai...hula-hoop-fad/ ..... 13-large b&w photographs ..... including one with a woman in Florida water skiing on two skis, holding the tow line handle between her legs and hula-hoop'n at the same time ....... another photograph shows a roomful of Nuns: the Benedictine Sisters at the Christ King Convent in Oklahoma City-1958, all watching one Sister do the hula-hoop ....... not too much has changed since 1958 .... not too much is the same since 1958 ...... hula-hoop'n from 1958 to 2021!

If hula-hoop'n was good-to-go for a Nun, back in 1958, then it is equally good as a serious exercise and individual work-out method now in 2021. You just need to look around a wee bit to find your favored, loud, strong caliente music to make it happen, best.
