A summer rental??
 

Our daughter, son-in-law, their two young daughters, and their beloved and very well-behaved black lab would LOVE to find a waterfront rental for any week this summer. They are open to any lake in the area. We realize now is the time to be looking for NEXT summer, but does anyone know of anything available? Thank you.

As you know, you are a little late to look for a weekly rental this summer. I have a waterfront rental house in Gilford that was fully booked for this summer by mid February.

A lot of rentals are not open to pets so if they could make arrangements to have the dog stay elsewhere it may open up more opportunities.

There are several agencies around the lake that represent 100's of single family homes and you might try contacting them.

The online websites may turn up a cancellation. The agencies you would call often use these sites, vrbo and airbnb. When my daughter wants to go someplace, she just checks daily and turns up a cancellation/new posting. Call an agency today, "We're booed" call tomorrow, something opened up, but which agency? Good luck.
