Which rest area will close first

Which rest area will close first??

After reading some of the latest posts on the 2 rest areas, which side NORTH or SOUTH do you think will close and revert back to a "PACKAGE STORE" and Bathroom Facility's.

I give the SOUTH side till early Spring 2015 and the North Side Fall of 2015.

I have been coming North every Friday Night for the past 15 years and all I need are the "FACILITY's.

Good one Rusty. Is that how to make it without having to stop?

So you think that both rest areas, which are still under construction (neither side restaurants open), will close within the next year?
Interesting opinion.

Ray said the remaining parts of the building on the north side are set to open by Christmas Eve. The southbound project is intentionally scheduled for completion five months behind the northbound side, he said.

It’s expected to be completed by May.

What an amazing guy.......with all thes projects going on, Alex was still working his booth at the Sandwich Fair to support several charities.

I knew Alec since he open the Common Man in Bristol. I was a Plymouth State student and stop by on the way home to 'inaugurate' his bar upstairs. We've been good friends since, always talking about his ambitious goals!

Plenty of parking

Here's the Hooksett Rest Area Redevelopment Information Sheet. It shows among other things that there will be 380 parking spots on the Northbound side and 310 parking spots on the Southbound side.

Imo, both will stay open just like the Tilton Diner, Irving Gas and State Liquor Store off of exit 20. Why get off on exit and deal with lights when you can simply pull in and do number 1,2,3,4 and 5.
