Building or building & business

Do we know if this is the business & building, or just the building?

Don’t the JB people have ownership interest in Surfside Burger and Flurries?

Dave

Looks like just the building. Just a real estate broker sign out front.

Meredith, NH 03253- This location has been owned and operated by the same family since 1985, and over the years, they have had much success. The first operation was JB Scoops, now it is Griddle in the Middle for breakfast and Meredith Lobster & BBQ for lunch/dinner. A great commercial building in a really great location. After a fire destroyed the original building in the year 2000, this building was completely re-built in 2001 to what it is today; and today, it's in really nice shape. Since 1985, this location has been a food service of some sort or another. Today, you could own this building and open your own food service business next week. This building is fully stocked with 2 kitchens, one for breakfast and one for lunch/dinner, all the cooking devices you need, plenty of prep space, plenty of sinks, tables and seating for 60 guests, 2 bathrooms, a large parking lot and signage that will sell your story. Are you looking for a new place for your office? When rebuilt, it was done so with you in mind. There is plenty of office space on the ground level with four access doors, and then there is an unfinished second floor that would work well for your private office. Many possibilities are here at 56 D.W. Highway, and we are ready to give you a tour.

What kind of cheese was their specialty? I’m guessing it was just a retail shop?
