bump outs on a mobile home

Our mini on winni is a mobile home manufactured in 2001. We are wondering if anyone knows if there is a product to go over the bump outs to prevent snow/ice damage. We have a new roof and sealing around the windows but we noticed some water on the floor and it is near the bump out area. We won't have official access to our summer place until mid May:(

I have seen small awnings that go over those pull outs

Is your place in a permanent location?

If it is and you don't plan to move it you may wish if allowable to be a roof structure over it.

We have "slide toppers" on our 2 bump outs on our class A MH. They extend out when you slide out the bump out. We just replaced them at Camping World.

Mobile home or motor home?

Mobile home in a permanent location. Bumpouts stay out all the time. Can't make a pitched roof because our neighbor fears it will obstruct some of their lake view. We had a new flat roof placed 2 summers ago.

Here is the link to Camping Worlds toppers. They don't look like they would be much use for snow.

Thanks for the help. Not sure they would be what we are looking for. But think campingworld may be able to direct us to what we are. Thanks:D

We have slides on our motorhome and they have slide toppers. The motorhome goes south in the winter, but if it stayed north I would put in the slide until after the snow is gone. Are yours moveable? If so put them in. If not, your unit is not ideal for the northern parts of the country.
