Recommendation for concrete cutting contractor

Hi all;

New to the forum. We are buying a house near the lake in Meredith and wondered if anyone knows a good contractor, that can cut the poured concrete wall to add in a door and a few windows. This is done all the time with an ICS Diamond Blade Chain Saw.

Thanks.

Not sure but this may require more then a concrete cutter.
As mentioned above - those are the professionals that do cut concrete.
But may not be in the carpentry business.

All can get a tad complicated as the thickness of the concrete is probably not the thickness of the house wall.

You may need a general contractor. Or a good carpenter in addition to the professional concrete cutters.

And a side note. The concrete cutters are a tad messy with lots of concrete dust. Even with a built in vacuum.

Thanks - L&S Concrete Cutting says they use the ICS wet saws, and the rest is basic header and door and window framing per the latest IBC 2012 code.
