Four-month summer rental?

I know a lovely couple in their early 70s who want to rent a small house or cottage up here
next summer for June, July, August and September. They have no grandkids and no pets.

We couldn't do 4 months but could do August and September if that's of interest to them.

I think that would be ideal. They do have a boat. A classy, quiet couple.
