Legal advise regarding moorings

Looking for recommendations for attorney that specializes in mooring issues
ie. disputes, rights, confiscations etc.?

Try Regina Nadeau at Normandin, Cheney, Oneil on Union Avenue in Laconia.

She specializes in waterfront issues.

I have used that firm for several things and they are very good. Attorney William Woodbury is also at NCO and he is excellent but waterfront issues are not his specialty.

We use Suzanne Chisholm in Laconia. Excellent attorney….not sure about a specialty in moorings and other marine matters.

Sleazeball landowners

I know a number of sleazeballs who circumvent the laws by hiring sleazeball lawyers! They are out there! One in Laconia but not giving names.

I've used Frank Michel for several real estate transactions and he is excellent attorney and would definitely refer him.
