Help with uploading photos

I’m having trouble uploading a photo. The message says photo can’t be any larger than 1500kb. Looks like photo size I’m trying to upload is 48.6kb so I’m not sure what the issue is. I’m taking the photo on my IPhone. Thanks

The image size can not exceed 1024 X 768.
